When the rotor eccentrically mounted in the cylinder rotates, the four blades in the rotor slots produce reciprocating motion, sucking in, compressing, and discharging air, causing the fan blades, rotor, and cylinder body to rub against each other, generating friction heat. Therefore, when the fan is running, the necessary lubricating oil is dripped into the cylinder from the oil drip nozzle to make the friction surface smooth, reduce friction heat and friction noise, and form an oil film between the components to maintain the sealing of the fan. The lubrication system is a circulation device that automatically supplies oil by using the pressure difference generated by the fan's accessories, so the fan cannot run without load!
