The high-speed motor adopts a compact stator and a canned permanent magnet rotor structure, with an insulation grade of C and a protection grade of IP55, and the maximum efficiency can reach 97%.

The impeller should be made of 7075-T6 ultra-high strength forged aluminum alloy material, processed by 5-axis precision machine tools, and the unique three-dimensional flow design makes it more efficient and longer life.

The controllable electromagnetic force is used to provide non-contact and wear-free suspension support for the blower shaft, with the characteristics of no mechanical wear and no need for lubricants.

The control system adopts a German Siemens 256-bit LCD-TFT touch screen, 800*480dpi high-resolution wide screen, and provides users with a variety of communication interfaces.

Technical principle

The rotor is fixed to two radial magnetic bearings and two thrust magnetic bearings. The position of the rotor is detected by the sensor and reflected to the magnetic axis controller in real time. When the rotor position is offset, the magnetic bearing controller can adjust the magnetic field force on each degree of freedom of the magnetic suspension bearing according to the rotor position offset, so that the rotor returns to the normal position.
